Mergers, Acquisitions and Hiring Sprees…OH MY!
How the Wealth Management Industry is Taking Different Paths in Acquiring Talent
|
|
|
Summer has officially come to an end and while the fall temperatures may be cooling things down, the wealth management industry’s demand for talent and variety of opportunities continue to heat up!
The strategy regarding how to best acquire talent comes in a few different forms. This first article demonstrates JP Morgan’s latest push to hire en masse: Read More Here.
This next article highlights how Insigneo, a growing RIA, is planning to push M&A acquisitions: Read More Here.
There are many more examples out there, but the common denominator in all of these stories is that all firms – big and small, locally, nationally and globally – are seeking talent and are using a variety of approaches to increase their acquisitions.
I am proud to report that Avior’s retained search assignments have grown by over 300% since 2020. We no longer accept ANY contingency assignments. We made the strategic decision to work with a select group of clients so that we can effectively focus on their individual search needs. Our clients couldn’t be happier, and we have raised our efficiency and time-to-fill ratio to a level I have never seen before in my 33 years in the industry.
Avior Executive Search is a retained international executive search firm proudly serving the following types of firms: Banks, Broker-Dealers, RIA’s, Private Equity, Trust, and Fintech. Please feel free to contact our team to discuss how we can help your firm identify the wealth management industry.
