Happy July, Everyone!

This month kicked off with people enjoying celebrations in honor of Independence Day in the U.S., while many others here and around the globe have taken well deserved vacations.

We are starting to see a bit more trepidation on the parts of the larger firms, as there has been a slowing down of the interview process. In my opinion, this could be attributed to several reasons, including rising interest rates, inflation, and summer vacations. However, make no mistake that overall, the market for talent and the competition for it is still very much in play. As I mentioned in the last newsletter, we have entered a bear market; although we are seeing a few isolated hiring pauses, the demand for experienced talent within the wealth industry is very much alive and well and mirroring the hot temperatures outside!

Senior Relationship Manager/Private Banker

  • The Senior Relationship Manager must have a personal minimum portfolio of 200M+ which they have personally built.
  • Responsible for establishing new business relationships with high-net worth and ultrahigh networth individuals, and maintenance of these relationships.
  • Proven track record within the South Florida business & HNW community with strong centers of influence (COI’s) to build own book of business.
  • Expertise as an advisor for HNW/UHNW individuals on accounting, legal, financial and/or other related matters. Offer services to include, but not limited to, investment management, portfolio management, and investment banking.
  • Coordinate all required relevant work with third party providers (i.e. law firms, accountants, family governance and philanthropy advisors, private equity firms, custodian banks, and others)
  • Location: Miami, FL

Latam Relationship Manager (Private Banker or FA’s welcome)

  • Growing International BD & RIA with offices in Miami, Mexico, Brazil & Geneva are looking to grow their team with quality wealth management individuals from with the BD, PB, or RIA channels.
  • Open architecture with generous payout or salary structure available
  • Coverage of Latam, Middle East or Caribbean welcome
  • Team or individual producers welcomed

VP of Commercial Underwriting (Leaders need only apply)

  • Senior secured C&I lending, underwriting, and loan structuring experience
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating complex loan agreements
  • High energy with excellent inter-personal skills
  • Experience, spanning both underwriting, portfolio management and risk analysis of a commercial portfolio with credits in the $5million to $20 million range
  • Demonstrated history of strong communication with clients

Financial Advisor – Nationwide

  • Currently they have coverage in over 17 states + D.C. and has leading market share in 7 of the top 10 fastest-growing markets in the U.S.
  • Candidates and or teams must have a minimum T-12 of $500K+ with transferable assets
  • Both wirehouse and bank advisors are welcomed to apply
  • FAs are paid on loans, investments, and insurance.
  • FA’s can continue to grow their practice through other business partners in the firm.
